"INGO ARMENIA" Insurance CJSC does not find expedient to make public information indicated in point 25,3 of Regulation 8/03 of the Central Bank of Armenia (including information about calling an annual shareholders’ meeting, decisions on dividends’ payment, amounts of money, paid by the Company to its managers, insurance agreement of the Company managers and/or affiliated persons), as the Company does not perform public quotation of its' shares, at the moment the Company has only 2 shareholders, one of which (Levon Altunyan) is the Executive Director of the Company, the other is duly represented in the Company council. Therefore both shareholders can get any information about the Company at any time.
