With the weather changes, INGO ARMENIA is again with you with its useful advice. Follow them to avoid the flu and acute respiratory infections.


 Regularyly ventilate the room. The temperature in the room should be about 20°C, and the humidity from 50-70%,

 Avoid overcrowded places,

 Use about 2 liters of water throughout the day,

 Use food containing vitamins responsible for the stability of the body's immune system

- Vitamin C (black currant, rose-hip, sweet pepper, cabbage, spinach, celery, spring onion, radish, lemon)

- Vitamin E (greens, cabbage, broccoli, avocado),

- Vitamin D (spend a few hours a day in the clear air under the sun),

- Vitamins of group B (nuts, dairy products, seafood)

 Wash your hands often,

 Moisten the nasal cavity (saline solution or usual physiologic solution from the pharmacy);

 Observe the rules of hygiene,

 Wear masks in public places and public transport, and periodically change them,

 Do not communicate with people who have the flu.

For preventive purposes, take vitamin C.

To prevent the spread of infection, the Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization organize vaccinations. For registration, contact your family doctor.
